Shipping & Delivery Policy
Lahore (Local Zone)
All furniture is handcrafted on order and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Deliveries within Lahore are managed by our in-house premium logistics fleet with free professional white-glove installation.
Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi
Deliveries to Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi take 3 to 4 weeks as all pieces are made to order. Shipped via specialized furniture cargo partners in heavy-duty wooden crates to prevent transit damage.
Other Major Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, etc.)
We offer crated logistics solutions across all major cities of Pakistan. All items are handcrafted on order and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks, fully insured against transit damage.
Product Warranty Scope
10-Year Solid Wood Structural Warranty
We are committed to providing the highest standards of craftsmanship. Gourmet Furnishers offers a 10-year structural warranty on all premium seasoned solid wood products (Sheesham, Teak, Ash). This warranty covers:
- âś“Termite infestation (lifetime termite resistance guarantee on treated solid wood).
- âś“Structural defects causing cracking, major wrapping, or splitting of seasoned wood.
- âś“Loosening or failures of major joinery (mortise & tenon joints, structural fasteners).
- âś“De-lamination or peeling of premium wood veneers under normal indoor conditions.
Exclusions & Non-Warranty Items
Our warranty focuses on the integrity of the solid wood structure. The following items and conditions are excluded from warranty coverage:
- âś“Normal wear and tear of upholstery fabrics, leatherette, or leather linings.
- âś“Softening of seat cushioning foam, feather inserts, or spring modules over time (standard softening is normal).
- âś“Damage caused by placing furniture in direct sunlight, outdoor areas, high-humidity rooms, or close to heaters/air conditioners.
- âś“Damage resulting from spills of water, cleaning chemicals, alcohol, cosmetic oils, or improper self-assembly/repairs.
How to File a Claim
Submit Invoice
Locate your original proof of purchase or order invoice number sent to your email.
Capture Media
Take high-resolution photos and a short video clip clearly showing the structural defect or termite sign.
Send to Support
Email everything to info@gourmetfurnishers.com. Our claim desk will respond in 3-5 days.
