These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, located at gourmetfurnishers.shop, and all purchase transactions executed through our online catalog, digital channels, or retail showrooms. By accessing our platform, viewing our collection, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

By purchasing from Gourmet Furnishers, whether through this website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our physical galleries, you legally enter into a binding agreement with Gourmet Furnishers Private Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately cease using our services and must not proceed with any transaction.

All design assets, photographs, video content, product descriptions, layouts, brand names, script logos, and technical blueprints featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Gourmet Furnishers. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, cloning, or commercial use of our designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under copyright and design protection laws in Pakistan.

All prices listed on our website or catalog are subject to confirmation at the time of order booking. Product pricing does not include delivery and assembly fees unless explicitly stated. For standard items in stock, full payment is required upon dispatch. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is available only within selected zones in Lahore for orders up to a specific limit.

Gourmet Furnishers is celebrated for bespoke, customized furniture. For all made-to-order items: - A minimum advance deposit of 50% is required to initiate design drafting and wood seasoning. - The balance 50% must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery. - Customizations include selection of wood polish, fabric types, foam density, and structural dimensions. - Once manufacturing begins (usually 48 hours after deposit payment), deposits are strictly non-refundable and orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Delivery timelines shared during booking are estimates. While we strive to meet deadlines, manufacturing custom solid-wood furniture depends on proper wood seasoning and curing times which may occasionally lead to delays. Gourmet Furnishers is not liable for indirect losses resulting from delayed deliveries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the ordered furniture pieces can fit through doorways, elevators, and corridors of the delivery address.

Gourmet Furnishers Private Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including structural damage due to improper self-assembly, water damage, extreme temperature exposure, or placement in highly humid environments.
