Return, Refund & After Sales Policy

At Gourmet Homes and Furnishers, every piece is crafted with care and made to order. As such, we maintain a strict return and refund policy:

●Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
All furniture pieces are customized and produced upon order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a valid manufacturing defect or transit-related damage.

●Damage or Defect Reporting:
If your order arrives with visible damage, structural issues, or significantly differs from what was confirmed at the time of purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Supporting photos/videos must be shared for assessment.

●Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, altered, or exposed to damage after delivery.

●Inspection & Resolution:

After a valid claim is submitted, our quality control team will review the issue. If approved:

We will either repair the product, replace it, or offer an appropriate solution at our discretion.

In case of a replacement, the delivery timeline will match the standard production window (typically 4–6 weeks).

●Refunds:
We do not issue monetary refunds for change-of-mind cancellations or buyer’s remorse. Refunds, if any, are only applicable when a product cannot be repaired or replaced.

After-Sales Service

At Gourmet Homes and Furnishers, we believe our commitment to you continues well beyond delivery. Our after-sales service is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind with every purchase.

Within Lahore

●We offer free after-sales service within Lahore.
●Customers can report any finishing issues, joint problems, or scratches within 7 days of delivery.
●Our service team will visit your location to assess and resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Service Window

●The after-sales service request must be made within 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery.
●Requests made after this period may be subject to service charges depending on the nature of the issue and availability of support.
