●A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and book your order.
●The remaining balance must be cleared at least one week prior to delivery.
●The standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks for all articles unless otherwise communicated.
●We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery, with free shipping within Lahore. Shipping charges for other cities or special delivery requests are communicated at the time of order confirmation. After-Sales Service

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order furniture, returns and refunds are not offered unless the product is damaged during delivery or differs significantly from the confirmed order. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
